Measured and photographed
Roof Inspections in Suwanee
Every slope measured, every problem counted and photographed, gutters and attic checked, all summarized in plain numbers.
An Inspection That Produces Numbers
Most roof inspections end with an opinion. Ours end with a summary. We start outside, walking each slope when it is safe, measuring as we go and noting the condition of the shingles: worn, curled, cracked, lifted, bruised by hail or missing. We count problems rather than describing them vaguely. We check flashing at walls and in valleys, every pipe boot, every vent and the ridge. The gutters get measured and checked for granule buildup, sagging and loose hangers, because they are part of how the roof sheds water. Then the attic. Staining on the decking, damp or compressed insulation, daylight through the boards and poor airflow all show up there first. Every finding is photographed and labeled. When we sit down with you, the summary reads like the start of a quote: which items need attention now, which can wait and roughly how large any job would be. If the roof and gutters are in good shape, the summary says that too. No sales pitch attached.
