Information We Collect

If you phone us about your roof, we may record your name, number, the address of the home, the condition of the roof, any insurance claim details you decide to give us and notes about the work you want.

Inspections produce photos, measurements and written notes about the roof and attic, which we keep with your file to support the estimate and any claim.

How We Use Your Information

Your details let us set up inspections, write estimates, record storm damage, work with your adjuster when you ask us to, plan installation dates and keep you updated.

Records of completed jobs are kept for reference, and anonymous site usage data may help us improve the website.

Cookies and Tracking

Like most websites, this one may place cookies to measure traffic and page use. Your browser lets you refuse them, though some features could stop working properly.

How We Share Information

Your personal information is never sold. It is shared only where a job requires it, such as with your insurer or adjuster at your request, with material suppliers, or with the permitting office for your address.

Information may also be released when required by law or where needed to protect people or property.

Data Security

Reasonable safeguards protect the records we keep. Because no system is perfectly secure, we cannot promise that information will never be exposed.

Your Choices

To review, correct or remove your information, or to ask us not to contact you again, call the number below. Certain records may be kept where Georgia or federal law requires it.

Third-Party Links

Links to outside websites are provided for convenience. Their content and privacy practices are their own responsibility.

Children's Privacy
