Claim documentation
Suwanee Roof Insurance Claim Assistance
Measured, photographed damage, a roofer next to your adjuster and supplements when the estimate leaves line items out.
Insurance Estimates Are Line Items Too
An adjuster's estimate is a list: squares of shingles, feet of drip edge, vents, underlayment, ridge cap, labor. If a line is missing or a quantity is short, the payment is short. That is why our claim help is built on measurement. It starts with a free inspection. We measure every slope, count and photograph the hail and wind damage, check the soft metals and record attic conditions. Filing is your call, and the claim carries your name throughout. On inspection day, a roofer from our crew climbs up alongside the adjuster, confirms the measurements and walks them to each hit. When the insurer's estimate shows up, we reconcile it against our own takeoff. Missing lines like starter strip, drip edge, vents or code items, and quantities that come up short, become a supplement package, backed by photos and figures, forwarded to your carrier. We do not promise approvals or predict payouts, because coverage decisions belong to your insurer. We do make sure the paperwork reflects the roof.
